Assistance & Office Management

Responsibilities:

▪️ Support correspondence for managing partners
▪️ Manage complex calendars and schedule with diplomacy and discretion
▪️ Handle incoming calls for 1886Ventures
▪️ Coordinate meetings for managing partners
▪️ Prepare presentations and create reports
▪️ Administrative office management incl. postal administration
▪️ Visitor and guest management
▪️ Co-responsibility office order management
▪️ Co-ordinate internal events    

Your Profile:

▪️ Successful completed qualification office administration and professional experience for min. 2 years
▪️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
▪️ Proven administrative ability, with strong organizational skills highest degree of loyalty and reliability as well as dedication initiative   and autonomous way of working
▪️ Confident with MS Office
▪️ In addition to possessing a friendly appearance and self- confident manner, we value flexibility, team spirit and communication skills.
