▪️ You take user’s needs and implement them into product features, services or business requirements.
▪️ You conduct primary qualitative and quantitative research (e.g. ethnographic research) investigations to understand customer behaviors, pain points, needs and aspirations.
▪️ You assess user feedback and conduct concept testing.
▪️ You iteratively design, test and refine disruptive products and services.
▪️ You converge innovative ideas to a set of digital and physical products or services in collaboration with Experience Designers, Venture Developers and other stakeholders.
▪️ You collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams as well as corporate partners and lead your stakeholder.
▪️ Undergraduate degree in Design, Business, Psychology, Marketing or equivalent qualification; Master graduates preferred
▪️ Relevant experience in research & designing user experience: UI/UX skill set is highly welcome! Expertise in creating wireframes, designing prototypes, advocating for users and using knowledge of users to make sure that the design is usable (e.g. Adobe XD)
▪️ Experience in a startup, agency, tech company and/or agile industrial environment
▪️ Relevant expertise with ethnographic research and development of concepts and industrial design
▪️ Knowledge of design and technological trends (mobile, web & hardware)
▪️ Open minded team-player
▪️ Familiarity with agile working methodology▪️ High proficiency level in German & English
